STAFF - COUNSELORS
My name is Dani and I cannot wait for camp to get started! I worked with the wolves two years ago, helped out last summer, and I am back to work with the owls this summer. I am a senior at Winona State University, studying Elementary Education, Early Childhood, and Special Education. I will be student teaching in the fall in a 7th-grade classroom. I love to be outside: boating, running and spending time with family and friends. I believe in getting the campers involved and always having fun!
My name is Grant and this will be my first year at Smokey Hollow, and I can’t wait for it to start! I just finished up my freshman year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, (Go Huskers!) where I will be pursuing a major in Psychology and minors in French and Child Development. I play a lot of sports and games outside in my free time, and I look forward to teaching my Wolf group (8 and 9-year-olds) the importance of exercise and physical activity while learning valuable life lessons along the way. Oh, and of course, having all kinds of fun while doing it!
Hello! My name is Ms. Jaime, and I am excited for my first summer working at camp! I went camping as an owl and a teen, and I am so excited to be returning as a counselor this year! I graduated from Lodi High School in 2013, and I will be a senior this fall at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Biochemistry. I am on the leadership team with a Christian student organization on my campus, and I love the friends that I have made through that and the opportunities that this group has given me. In my free time, I enjoy playing cards, reading, singing along to the radio, and hanging out with my family and friends. I can’t wait to have a fun-filled summer at camp with you!

When I graduate, I want to be a kindergarten teacher! I’m excited for this summer to begin–I have a feeling it will be great!
