This age bracket is for children ages 3-4 and is designed for children that have not yet attended Kindergarten. The curriculum is put together with younger children in mind, using multiple approaches and a wide variety of activities. Taking into consideration the shorter attention span of this age group, more activities and a varied daily pace are planned to keep the children’s interest and encourage learning. Activities vary throughout the day, working towards advancement in large and small motor coordination, artistic creativity, cognitive processes, musical achievement, social behavior and having fun! The teachers for this age group are specially trained on age specifics and have the needed qualities (patience, caring, and lots of energy) for working with the youngest day campers.
